Coconut Milk Powder and Coconut Cream Powder = Coconut Milk / Cream Powder
Typical coconut milk is standardized at 24% fat or below, and coconut cream at more than 24%, however, the two products are generally packaged between 17%-32% fat. When utilizing this ingredient, brands can label their final product as either coconut milk powder or coconut cream powder. Because of this we call our product coconut milk / cream powder.

It’s important to note that coconuts produce various levels of fat.
Our coconut milk/cream powder is a standardized 26% fat and 15% MCT Oil and has a viscosity closer to a 50% fat product. It is easy-to-use, free-flowing, dilutes in cold water, and will not separate over time. Most importantly, we guarantee our coconut milk / cream powder will look and taste the same from batch to batch.
Additionally, we give our coconut milk / cream powder an 18-month shelf life, which is higher than other suppliers. Many of our customers switched to our supply because of inconsistent raw material. Our competitors at many times are unable to maintain similar quality and consistency guarantees as we do.

“High” Fat / Low Carrier - Coconut Milk / Cream Powder on the Horizon
We understand there is a need for a higher fat coconut milk / cream powder, however, we must point out that higher fat content coconut milk / cream powders are at greater risk for rancidity, clumping and are less soluble. Additionally, these products will have a shorter shelf life.
Knowing this, we produced our current product at 26% fat to reduce the risk of rancidity, created a freer flowing powder and developed an emulsion to allow for better solubility and prevent separation.
